At the GLERA Meeting in January, we heard from Dominique Gagnon of Jamie Fobert Architects about his suggestions to re-landscape the area under the large sycamore tree on Baltic Street West, just outside the entrance to Crescent House and Hatfield House. Dominique lives on Crescent Row, which fronts onto the site, and is an architect by profession.
