I’ve been a resident of Cullum Welch for many years now and I’ve noticed a big increase in unknown visitors on my floor and generally in the building this year. I've noticed a lot of bicycles being chained up in the Crescent House public areas, which is obviously not great; potential obstacles during a fire, etc.However I saw some notices on these bikes today threatening removal by the very next day. I think it is law that any local authority must give 14 days notice before a bicycle is removed. Hi all,Just to inform all that someone managed to get over the railings and into the bike storage area next to the Shakespeare this evening and cut off a lock from someone's bike. We heard the angle grinder from Cullum Welch so ran over to find someone else had already spooked them. The bike in question wasn't stolen but remains in there unlocked now.The police were called and have attended.
