So does the Great Arthur House successful challenge to similar costs affect this ?

Good question. We need to find out. By any chance, do you know when is the next residents meeting?

Sorry no idea.

Is there an agreed percentage contribution from the Leaseholders? It's not so clear from the latest summary.

Another good question. We need to ask City of London about it.

Does anyone know when is the next residents meeting?

GLERA has just been able to confirm next general meeting for Monday 31 October 7 pm downstairs in the Community Centre. Notices will go up next week.

Thank you for the update!

On the meeting minutes from the Residents Liaison Group of the 25th of August there is mention of a published Simplified Cost Document but it is not attached to the published minutes. Did any of the participants get hold of it?
