I personally think the GLLC is brill.  The gym is well equipped and I`m sure the pool will be good as well.  £15-00 per month is super value for unlimited swimming (when available) gym etc,.   I think people should take that on board.  Another fitness club near Beech Street/Aldersgate Street charges £80-00 per month!!!

Can I use my face mask in the swimming pool?  The 'glass' is plastic, and I cannot swim underwater without it, due to sinus problems.  I love swimming underwater, and was allowed to use the mask at the old swimming pool!

Steve, Darling, your wit knows no bounds!!!  Very funny!!  Ha!Ha!  No, thankfully I don't look like him when swimming.  Weird maybe, but not a maniac, I hope!!!!   I love swimming underwater, but can't have my nose uncovered because of the sinus, and am not keen to swim underwater anymore with my eyes open!  I did it so much when a kid, a doctor told me never to do so again, as my eyes resembled something that Christopher Lee would fall in love with in one of his Dracula films!!!  XX

Maria, I`m scared to swim underwater myself, as last time I did, my ears got blocked up and I felt trapped.  Not nice when you suffer from claustrophobia arrrrrrrr!!! x
