Its expanding foam, it can be bought online for little as £3, lol

and here are some of the bills I stumbled across by accident from 2012 from the company who I think did it, lol, can't find anymore up to date, as this top notch job grade A finish was done very recently.

Again this is in contravention of the conservation guidelines which were written specifically to stop this kind of thing happening.
