May I ask, if lack of lighting is also an 'obstruction', and surely could cause problems in the event of fire?  For nearly a month now, the light at the bottom of the stairs, from the top floor of Hatfield House, to the 3rd floor of Crescent House, which is also a fire escape route, has not been working.  That darkness is surely a safety issue, so why has that been ignored? 

Also, for three night now none of the lighting on the walkway between flats 350 and 343 Crescent House has been working either!
