On the top floor of Crescent House several of us on the landing were left in total darkness for a period of two weeks, despite the problem being reported.  Last Friday someone turned up and our lights were restored for two days, and for the last 5 nights we have again been left in darkness.  Why has this matter not been posted on the Weekly bulletin, when it supposedly has to inform us of all faulty lights?
