2018.09.14 @ 19:30Sue Pearson recommends we 'take over' and simply start running events.
Sue running cafe for OpenHouse weekend 22/23 Sept 2018…cakes please.No phone..no internet...proposal that an 'expert' install Relish? Run off mobile?
8 or 12 minimum users required for Corporation to bring in tutor. TaiChi? COSAC currently running courses.
Advisory board exists...2 tenants and 3 leaseholders. Manager is part of Advisory board, head of estate office, head of community staff. Joint chair...Sam and Jaqueline.
Rough costs for hire available.
Community use especially youth.
Manager...Steph? coordinates and publicises events.
Steph works 35 hr/weekVenue owned by Corporation… Corporation rules apply.
Wanted....social space, yearly calendar, xmas fair, youth activity, musical instruments, book club, age concern,
Volunteers inc meeters/greeters/key holders outside Steph's working hours; 8-10am; weekends; evenings.
Time credits for volunteers.
