"Thanks for sharing. That has gone up nearly 20k since last July. That's roughly a 20% increase in 7 months! The window replacement scheme is out of control. Doesn't bode well for the other blocks on the estate who are being deprioristised…"

"Thanks Alex. What is the source of these numbers? It is remarkable that we are charged for podium repairs, when the City has without anyone consent turned it into a public square and thoroughfare.  And then the rest :)"

"On the meeting minutes from the Residents Liaison Group of the 25th of August there is mention of a published Simplified Cost Document but it is not attached to the published minutes. Did any of the participants get hold of it?"
